1. Registration Fee (in US dollar):

2. Specification of Registration:

a. Each student must submit a signed documentation of their student status from their advisor. This applies to undergraduate and graduate students.
b. The registration fee for regular, industry and students paticipants includes reception, coffee break of 3 days, dinner of 4 days, banquet, the conference local visiting and conference program material.
c. The accompanying person registration covers reception, coffee break of 3 days, dinner of 4 days, banquet and the conference local visiting.
d. You can pay your registration fee by bank draft to following account:

e. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing by the Coordinator (Haiming Xu, Email: hmxu@zju.edu.cn , Phone: 86-571-86971731). By March 1, 2009, all payment could be refund; After March 1 and before June 1, 2009, half payment could be refunded; And after June 1, 2009, no refunds will be issued. A $50 processing charge will be applied to all refunds.
f. For visitors from Taiwan, HK and Macao, please contact the conference seceretariat, if you need additional documents to enter the Mainland.
